Mr. Bruce represents employees
and employee organizations in disputes involving
pension, health, severance, and other employee
benefits. As a national authority on ERISA
laws, pensions, ERISA class actions and
related lawsuits, Mr. Bruce has served as
Attorney for Plaintiffs on the following
cases:

Page/Collins v. PBGC
and Rettig v. PBGC, two nationwide
class actions against the Pension Benefit
Guaranty Corporation that recovered
over $850 million in pension benefits
for more than 35,000 individuals.

A 75,000 person class
action about the J.C. Penney Co.'s use
of inflated estimates of Social Security
benefits in pension calculations, Forbush
v. J.C. Penney Co. Pension Plan,
which resulted in the recovery of over
$88 million in lost pension benefits.

about cash balance pension conversions:
Engers v. AT&T Managment Pension
Plan, C.A. 98-3660 (D.N.J.), and
Amara v. Cigna Pension Plan, C.A.
01-2361 (D.Conn.).

of pension benefit accruals, Kifafi
v. Hilton Hotels Retirement Plan,
